RELATIONSHIP MATTERS

Relationship is our core value – with Jesus, and with His body (community). Relationship is the beginning, middle, and end of all God wants to do in your life. Make effort to show up and build relationships.

DISCIPLESHIP MATTERS

The goal of the Christian faith is to grow up and make more disciples of Jesus. We grow people into mature believers who witness, belong to community, and own their 50ft.

LOVE MATTERS

We believe everyone deserves to be loved – regardless of their past or present situation. We express a deep kindness to all who come through our doors and across our path. Our heart is for you to fall in love with Jesus. We believe once you do – the Holy Spirit does the rest. We exist to help you in that process.

POWER MATTERS

We love you as you are but make room for the Holy Spirit to change you into who Jesus has purposed you to be. The Holy Spirit has been given to help and empower us for living out the Scriptures and the authentic gospel.

COMMUNITY MATTERS

Community is how we become complete in Christ. Community is necessary for building faith, serving each other, caring for the needs of the body, and discipling each other to become more Christ-like. Join our community by (1) picking up a chore and serving the house. (2) plugging into a BGroup.

THE BIBLE MATTERS

We believe the Bible is God’s perfected will for us. If the Bible teaches it, we live it. Our vision is “Every believer, living the Bible, everyday.” All of our discipleship endeavors stem from the importance of living the teachings of the Bible , for yourself and publicly with others, so we all may grow in faith. Check out our Bible Reading Project and join with us in creating a habit of making Bible reading part of your daily Christian walk.

YOUR 50 ft. MATTERS

We all have a responsibility to represent Jesus’ life and love in our daily spheres of influence – our 50 ft. If we all “own our 50 ft.” the kingdom of God increases organically and dramatically. We equip every believer to own their 50ft ~ both for the church (your chore) and the world (your ministry).

COMMUNION MATTERS

The sacrament of communion is the purest expression of Christ’s work of redemption ~ meaning we “must be born again.”  At the heart of our corporate worship is communion, which we receive weekly.

PRAYER MATTERS

We pray for the needs of our body during each weekly gathering. We believe in the laying on of hands, anointing with oil, and prayer for the sick. To honor Jesus’ command to be a house of  prayer, we recite the Lord’s Prayer on a weekly basis.

MARRIAGE MATTERS

In an ever-changing culture concerning traditional marriage, we hold to the Biblical definition of marriage – that between a believing man and a believing woman. We give our all to build strong, healthy, and lasting families.

SEXUALITY MATTERS

We understand we live in a society where the debate of sexuality exists. We strive to help everyone discover their God-designed sexuality of male and female. We do not adhere to gender-fluidity or same-sex love relationships. In people’s journey of life, we do find those within the LGBT community may be part of our gathering. We are always willing to have a conversation and be part of the ongoing journey of what it means to follow Christ.

KINGDOM MATTERS

We advance God’s Kingdom agenda not our personal church agenda. We team up with many churches and community organizations to see as many people encounter Jesus as possible.

OUR VIVID VISION MATTERS

Our Vivid Vision is to multiply God’s Kingdom in 7 areas: Believers Church, Believers U, Believers Music, Believers Creative, Believers Community, Believers Missions, and Believers Network. Our Vivid Vision is to see sinners saved in all spheres of life, believers discipled in Scriptural truths, and  every Christian owning their 50ft, leading others to encounter Jesus.
